P&O Ferries Choir sing to help disadvantaged people in the town

Monday, 4 February 2019
The award-winning P&O Ferries Choir will be singing at an event organised by the Dover SmART Project this month to help disadvantaged people in the town.

It takes place in the chapel at Dover College on Monday 18th February from 6pm. Tickets are £10, including a drink afterwards.

All proceeds go to the project which was set up in 2013 to provide opportunities for disadvantaged children in Dover to take part in a wide range of creative activities and experiences to boost their confidence, enhance their well-being, raise their aspirations and widen their outlook on the world.

The charity has now begun similar work with other groups, using art and creativity to support their various needs.

Two months ago the P&O choir members launched their second CD, called Winter Wonderland.

Tickets can be booked by email at mail@doversmartproject.co.uk.
