Man charged with Dover burglaries

A 42-year-old man has been charged in connection with burglaries in Dover.
 
Guy Hills, of no fixed address, was charged with the following three counts of burglary yesterday (Wednesday, 7 March 2018):
 
  • A burglary of commercial premises in King Street, Dover on 28 February 2018 in which cash was reported stolen.
  • A  burglary of commercial premises in King Street, on 1 March 2018 in which a safe, two charity pots and a quantity of cash was taken.
  • A burglary of commercial premises in Priory Place on 4 March 2018 in which a tip jar was reported stolen.
 
He appeared via virtual link at Medway Magistrates’ Court yesterday and was released on bail.
 
The case will be heard at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on 28 March.
