Police appeal for witnesses following a report of theft in Dover

Between 8.30am and 8.45am on Saturday 8 April 2017, a man in his late 60s was travelling along an alleyway parallel to Maison Dieu Road when his wallet was taken.
 
The victim was travelling in a wheelchair, and had shopping bags on each side of the chair, when he was approached by a man who snatched his wallet containing cash and cards and ran away towards Dour Street.

The suspect is described as a white man aged between 30 and 40, 6ft, 3in tall, and was wearing black jogging trousers, trainers and a fleecy top.
