A man from Dover has been sentenced to 40 days in prison after selling an iPhone online but never dispatching it, making a gain for himself of £280.
Carl Anthony Smith, 34, of Coombe Valley Road, pleaded guilty to fraud.
He must also pay an £80 victim surcharge.
