Officers investigating an alleged racially motivated incident in Dover on 10 March 2015 have arrested a man.
It is reported that a woman was verbally abused and a man was assaulted in the area of Crabble Avenue.
Kevin Gill, aged 51, of Hillside Road, Dover, was charged on Saturday (28 March 2015) with racially/religiously aggravated common assault/beating, assault and assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty.
He has been bailed to attend Folkestone Magistrates' Court on 27 April 2015.
