Appeal after man seriously assaulted in London Road, Dover

Kent Police is appealing for information after a man suffered serious injuries in an assault in London Road, Dover.

The 42-year-old victim was on his way home from the pub when the incident occurred, at about 12.30am on Sunday (7 June 2015).

He stopped for food at the Pizza Plus takeaway and was reportedly attacked outside by two men, who he says kicked and punched him repeatedly before stealing £200 cash.

The man suffered a dislocated shoulder, a broken right arm and bruising to his back and chest, and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

Both suspects are described as being aged 20-30, white, of medium build and with dark brown hair. One had short hair and the other's was shoulder-length.
