Do you want to make a change to your life for 2014 - if the answer is yes then Dover Gateway and NHS Health Trainers are there to help you with a 'You Need Your Health' event at Dover Discovery Centre from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday 14 January.

Gateway, working with its partners, is arranging the special healthy living event, and a range of health advisors will be on hand with help and advice throughout the day. Partners attending the event at Dover Discovery Centre include Health Trainers, Carers' Support, Dover Big Local, East Kent Housing, Family Mosaic, Kent Family Mediation Service, Speak Up CIC, and Telecare.

There are currently many changes occurring that affect communities, including welfare reforms and public health changes. This event aims to give people the opportunity to find out about a range of matters that could affect various aspects of health, including mental, physical, and financial health.
