Police arrested a 32-year-old man in Biggin Street, Dover on Saturday morning (22 March 2014) on suspicion of shoplifting.
Ryan George Haynes of Grantham Avenue, Deal, was charged with two alleged offences: the theft of two DVDs from WH Smith and the theft of various DVDs and CDs from the British Heart Foundation shop in Dover.
He was released on bail to answer before Folkestone Magistrates on 14 April.
