Police called to a disturbance at an address in Folkestone Road, Dover on Sunday afternoon (15 June 2014) arrested 57-year-old Bill Byrne of Folkestone Road.
He was charged with using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
He was released on bail to answer before Folkestone Magistrates on 10 July.
