Police investigating an armed robbery at the One Stop shop in Bewsbury Cross Lane, Whitfield, Dover, last night (Thursday 22 May 2014) are appealing for witnesses and information.
A man who was holding what is thought to be a black handgun entered the shop at 10pm, ordered the staff to get behind the till and demanded cash.
He left the store with a small quantity of cash and some cigarettes.
The suspect is described as a white man aged in his late 30s or early 40s, 5ft 9in tall, of stocky build wearing dark clothing.
