Exciting ideas are sought for innovative, creative and challenging new play area facilities for Sheridan Road in Dover - and a consultation event is being held in the new year at Buckland Community Centre on Thursday 17 January from 3pm to 5pm to hear your views.
Everyone is welcome to come along and have their say on what they would like to see at the Sheridan Road play area, and the Council is inviting all members of the local community to make their views known at the event.
Consultation is being carried out by Dover District Council, with the support of East Kent Housing. Further consultation is planned for March 2013 to feedback design proposals and this exciting project is due to be completed for summer 2013. This follows recent consultations on improvements for Northbourne Avenue and Elms Vale play areas. These latest improvements are part of DDC's commitment to develop strategic play areas across the district.
