Over the Christmas and New Year period, Dover District Council offices at Whitfield will be closed from 5pm Thursday 24 December to 9am Monday 4 January. Gateway, Dover in Castle Street will close at 3pm on Thursday 24 December, reopen from 9am to 3pm on Wednesday 30 December/Thursday 31 December, and then will be closed until 9am on Monday 4 January. Aylesham Area Office will close at 4.30pm on Monday 21 December, and reopen at 9am on Monday 4 January. Deal and Sandwich Area Offices will close at 3pm on Thursday 24 December, and reopen at 9am on Tuesday 5 January.
All refuse collections and black box/blue bag collections are normal, except there will be no collection on Christmas Day. Green Waste collections will stop for the holidays after the collection on Thursday 24 December and start again on Monday 11 January.
