A man and a women have been arrested in connection with his disappearance and are being questioned.

Police are now considering the possibility that Mr Redman may have been murdered.

"New information has come to light, and we are investigating the possibility that David may have been murdered", said DCI Jon Bumpus, Major crime. "Enquiries are at an early stage and we are appealing to anyone who was on the Seafront near the Eastern Docks, Dover between Jubilee Way and Marine Parade, during the early hours of Saturday 10th March to contact us if they remember anything, however insignificant it may appear. For instance, people messing about or arguing or possibly leaving the area in a hurry. They may hold the vital clue to this investigation and we are anxious to hear from them" he said.
