Third Annual Crime Survey

Monday, 7 August 2006
A major crime survey has been launched to give key agencies a real feel for the issues that are a priority for the district - the third annual survey has been issued on behalf of the Dover Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership and your views are sought.

The survey has again been sent to more than 1400 members of the Dover District Council Citizens Panel. Copies are also being sent to Town and Parish Councils and KCC Youth and Communities for circulation.

Residents can also complete the survey on-line at www.dover.gov.uk/communitysafety and click the link to the Fear of Crime Survey.

Nadeem Aziz, Chairman of the Dover Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership said: "We hope that the residents of Dover District take this opportunity to get involved in this important survey, the information gained is invaluable to the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership in working with individuals and communities to make Dover District a safe place to live, work and visit."

The deadline for receipt of completed surveys is Friday 1st September 2006. For more information, please contact the Community Safety Unit on (01304) 872165.
