One of the two women killed in a four-vehicle pile-up on the M20 motorway near Ashford on December 21 came from Dover.
Hazel Croucher was one of two probation officers who were killed on their way home from their office Christmas party in Maidstone.
Hazel, together with Kerry Sharpe who was also killed, mainly worked with sex offenders in the Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury areas. Their colleagues are said to have been "tremendously shocked" by their deaths.
A Dutch-registered Mercedes lorry, a Volkswagen Golf, a Scania horsebox and a Volvo were all involved in the accident.
It is understood the car was trapped under a lorry.
