An interesting article David especially the following snippet.......
"Figures also show that more than a quarter of all births are to non-UK born women, boosting the number of children aged 0-8 years by nearly 300,000 since the last census in 2001."

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

It is very interesting Jan. Its time for a serious discussion without people shouting racist, xenophobe and Nazi.
None of the main parties will discuss the subject

Cheap shots are the order of the day for a man who called the (then) President of the EU (Herman Van Rompuy) 'Mr Rumpy-Pumpy' and who referred to Belgium as a 'non-country'.

Fair point.
My point is that nobody is prepared to discuss immigration and it's impact, good or bad, in a rational way.

David, more than happy to discuss immigration with you over a pint. It is too complex to discuss on word bite blogs.

Brian, no visiting big-wig-politico photo-array is complete without one taken in your company.
[I have noticed that in most of these shots, said big-wig always looks like they are just about to speak. Whether the chance ever comes, none are too sure.]
Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

Will we ever find out whether nigel farage is intending to do a walk about in town tomorrow?
surely one of our ukip members will know?
a) he is due in dover at 10. 30 am.
b) he is nosebagging at the dover marina hotel at lunchtime.
must be time for a chat with his adoring fans in between.
