Ukip have published there big policies documents on there web site.
Member of the public can have an input on the things that mater to them by going to the ukip web site.
Listening to the public is what ukip is all about.
All ukip policies need to come from common-sense politics to benefit UK citizens
Daren
You may want to have a look at ukip education policies for the UK before you criticise.
Presumably you are not against the building of grammar schools

keith
i had a look at their website prior to the last election and there were some interesting policies like how to save the british pub as an example but the whole thing came across as uncosted.

Whilst the tories are in turmoil, UKIP has some big decisions to make
on whether or not to join with the tories
the same party that thought they were all clowns(ukip)

i suspect nigel will do a deal with the blues once they have given dave the bums rush, nigel is an astute individual and knows that ukip can only go so far.
david davies as leader and nigel in a top job will be the result i think.

Keith, as posted on the other thread (Tory donors and grassroots abandoning the ship), where I supplied some links, there will be a meeting in June at the Commons between UKIP and Conservative grassroots for a common strategy to oppose Labour.
DC is not part of it, the Tory grassroots are taking matters in their own hands.
DC is in Ibiza having a fine time and has lost the plot. He doesn't even run a party anymore!
How can he run the Country?
While DC is at a seaside resort in Ibiza, England is fuming and simmering.
The EDL paid a visit to 10 Downing Street today, but Dave wasn't in, as said, in Ibiza living the life of Riley.

The tories only survival will be to take this route
But on the other hand,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
If I were a UKIP voter(unlike alexander) and swapped my vote from the 3 main parties, or support UKIP and saw this type of deal I wouldnt be happy

I have read their 'policies' on education. I have also read lots of their other ideas, what there are of them. I remember going through their policies section (on their website) a few months ago and was very amused by the amount 'under review'.
As for their current ideas on education, I can't see they would do anything to improve our situation. And whilst I will say that the two grammar schools in Dover are extremely good schools, why would you think that I would be favour of building more?

So, they have a long way to go, if they wish to be taken seriously
