The deal is not a deal, its remaining. it was never going to fly with the voters.
the Brxesit party will put the wind up the remain MPs in parliament, WTO will be the only game in town.

Did anyone hear Lord Heseltine on Radio 4's Broadcasting House this morning? What a gentlemen and statesman like figure he remains in his venerable years. He contrasted his leadership contest with himself, Hurd and Major post Thatcher, making the particular point that the 3 of them never once swapped an insult, with the way this current contest is shaping up. That bonehead Duncan-Smith having already described Rory Stewart as stupid.
His basis point was that some 5 million Tory votes continue to support 'remain' and will not support 'no deal' under any circumstances. There are still many quiet voters who will not let the knuckledraggers get their way. Wait for the parliamentary shenanigans to begin again.
The most amusing point on the programme was that apparently 5 different Tory MPs have already been offered the Foreign Secretary's job by the same candidate! What a colossal excuse for a one nation, competent party this current bunch of sociopathic chameleons has become.

It's quite a shame how politics has gone
I didn't like Maggie politics
But at least she was a leader
Whoever takes over will soon be replaced as its unlikely to get a vote through the HOC
It's a real mess with very little in the way of hope

Keef, single issue parties/pressure groups don’t need a manifesto.

Now, Mr Farage wouldn't get entry to my house if he came a-knockin'. More likely I'd turn him round and show him the right path, as it were. But I'd never dream of reporting him for using a metaphor. Not least because I wouldn't want the police to waste their time looking for a dictionary.

Hm. He who sows the wind... (biblical catchphrase). And talking about bibles, motes, etc., I haven't come across a civil servant who is biased in either direction with regard to Brexit; a sandwich short of a picnic, yes, but biased, no.
