Keef, there is a huge difference in meting someone who has renounced terrorism years ago and after the Good Friday agreement, and actively supporting the IRA (as he has done with Hamas and Hezbollah, both proscribed organisations) over the years.
Corbyn is an apologist for some of the most sickening groups on the planet with his weasel words where he can't bring himself to condemn actions. Even six days ago he could only bring himself to say 'the bombing campaign was completely wrong because it was taking civilian lives' with the implication that the security services were 'fair game'.
As for Flabbotts 1984 interview about Northern Ireland, where she said: "Every defeat of the British state is a victory for all of us." I merely ask is this the sort of person, as potential Home Secretary who should be in charge of the Security Services? Thank God the Security Services do not come under FoI and she can't get hold of her fat file held there!
McDonnell is also a fellow traveller with disgusting comments such as “The deaths of innocent civilians in IRA attacks is a real tragedy, but it was as a result of British occupation in Ireland. Because of the bravery of the IRA and people like Bobby Sands we now have a peace process.”
Labour has been infiltrated by a dangerous Momentum backed fifth column supported by hoards of useful idiots hence it's manifesto being packed with what Trotsky called 'transitional demands'.
It is a great shame that Labour has not swept out is own Augean Stable as they eventually had to do with Militant in the past (where you again had the cuddly Hatton fronting things up and people like Paul Taft in the background actually running the show) and would be a tragedy of epic proportions if ever the present opposition front bench got hold of the reins of power.

I went to the hustings in Deal last night.
2 hours of my life totally wasted.
10 Corbynistas shouted down the Chairwoman who mentioned God, abortion, marriage only between a man and woman.
Bit strange for the bible basher Chairwoman to mention God in a church?
The Corbynistas know there is only 1 god and that is Jeremy Corbyn.
Stacey Blair called her own Father a deadbeat and she was pleased her parents divorced.Charlie said he was a product of a single parent.
Green hippy candidate said she was a product of a single parent. All very Jeremy Kyle.
The dismal evening carried on and perked up when the subject of Extremism and Terrorism was shouted about.
The Green Lady said the only extremists are this right wing Tory Government.
Stacey said the reason why young people are suicide bombers is because of youth club cutbacks and also youngsters cannot go to pubs.
Charlie mentioned the IRA bombing of Deal and meant with cries of rubbish.
No one mentioned radical Islam.
2 candidates didn't turn up LibDem and UKIP. Possibly 2 lost deposits on 8th June?
Charlie seems to be sleepwalking his way to his possible re election.

I felt the same at the one in Dover a fortnight ago, Charlie seems thoroughly bored with the whole thing. Don't wish to be unkind as I like her but Stacey is miles out of her depth. Likewise Beccy, very nice lady who is bonkers. I don't think either lib or Ukip candidate has even been to the constituency, the whole thing is farcical.
Still, it keeps crackpots off the internet for a couple of hours.

They really don't get it do they! I want to know and be convinced about what they would do for me - simple concept, I would've thought. I don't at all mind candidates sticking to their principles instead of pandering to me, but in that case you need to persuade me why I should adopt them too; talking about your parentage just doesn't cut it.

And whilst I'm on my high horse...
All candidates: don't talk over each other; my hearing isn't what it was and it just means I can't hear what any of you is saying. And anyway your parent(s) should've told you it's rude.
New candidates: I know you don't have a record but be careful of simply knocking that of the previous MP without explaining how you would've done better. I am unlikely to go into a restaurant that has a sign saying "I wouldn't go into the restaurant next door if I were you" instead of a (priced) menu.
Returning candidate: don't be tempted to big-up your record. Saying "the Calais Jungle closed following my campaign" is no different from saying "no-one in the UK got eaten by a dinosaur following the Roman conquest". If you are attributing the closure to your campaign, say so and evidence it.
Rant over. Roll on next Friday!

So Charlie's the product of a single parent?
Mr Freud would have a field day!

Just had another leaflet from Labour. Whereas the Conservatives have no plan or priorities for Brexit (which will be negotiated by Boris), apparently Labour has both plans and priorities for Brexit. So now I'm better informed, but none the wiser.

I thought the Brexit negotiations were being handled by David Davis not Boris.Funny that. Stacey said last night that negotiations were being handled by Boris.
