I would suspect that may well be the case Barry, but if they are going to very rich people, I cannot support that.
I don't know any poor farmers, but I don't know many farmers anyway.
Any scheme of the tax-payers money being handed out, has to be seen to be fair.

# 520...........correction..............``general hatred of the rich``.........Having retired at 49 to avoid being the richest
man in the graveyard,we are rather well placed ourselves so do not `hate`the rich but like Roger cannot support the
very rich people grabbing more and more.
We do not want to return to the unpleasant quality of postings that steadily dereriorated and was contagious with a
`few`.......best to nip it in the bud now..............not holding breath.........

Nothing in respect of 'unpleasant quality of postings' said there Reg.
So, what were the grants you are complaining about given for then? Lets get to the facts. Or is it the facts that are unpleasant for you? Please answer that is all I am asking.

Indeed and now it is raised again and it surely is reasonable to expect the person who raises this to explain the facts more fully otherwise it can just be dismissed as worthless rubbish, because if the full story were told, perhaps we could see it holds no water.

we all post links to stuff, 6 weeks means that the information needs to be brought up again so that people can be reminded of the facts.

Greg Smith Executive Director`s resignation comments claims Goldman Sachs was `morally bankrupt`and lacked humility
and integrity.Smith says to get promotion in the firm involved selling stocks/products to `Muppets` ( clients ) that the firm
wanted to get rid of.
He said in his early years ``the secret sauce that made the firm great was teamwork, integrity a spirit of humility and
always doing what was right for the client..................that had all disappeared.
Lord Oakeshott former Treasury spokesman for the Lib/Dems says ``We know in the City that Goldmans help themselves
before their clients...this culture needs to be stamped out...Goldman are not fit and proper to receive one penny from the
British taxpayers money or to advise our government...........
Are Goldman the only financial johnies performing like this?
Publishers are trying to track down Smith to offer him a book deal.....looks like the story of more `elite greedy pigs`will be

It will end when people are fed up with politics, Keith.
A recent opinion poll on the Forum has shown this is becoming the case.
These absurd pay packages are all the result of politics and politicians losing the plot.
