We live in the era of social media where certain unscrupulous politicians of all hues whip up their most gullible followers in into a frenzy and street action can easily be arranged. Hence I believe the two previous posters are correct in their foreboding if there is a serious attempt to keep us in the EU.

Indeed. Corbyn is losing on average about a million votes a day in the past week.

To be fair to Jezza he is in a lose/lose situation with some MPs in leave constituencies and some in remain ones. Should a new Referendum happen then arguments will rage as to the choices we are given on the ballot paper.

The fault lines go through both of the main parties with the majority of MPs paying lip service only to the Referendum result and for different reasons wishing to water down, delay or ideally stop any form of Brexit.
The right love the idea of unlimited cheap Labour and the left as 'Internationalists' don't actually like the concept of the Nation State.

The PM's deal is going to get through, isn't it? For ERG types (ahem, Charlie) the choice is now simple - do they back the PM or face either a lengthy delay, a hybrid of PM's deal and Labour's deal, or a second referendum. Simples.

"We will leave on 29 March. The rest is noise."
Either Cassandra will keep on looking sillier by the day or the likes of Charlie will have to relent. I suspect that the former is more likely, judging by previous track records.

Brian, so was the last one easy to understand. BTW it is not a referendum it is a Public Vote, that is what Labour's Keir Starmer insisted on calling it during his BBC Breakfast interview.
I have no idea what the difference is between the two and am past caring.

The PM seems completely oblivious to all around her and continues to change her mind and try to convince us she hasn't banking everything on a last ditch to accept her deal as the other options are too dire for MPs to contemplate.
