Deal, High St/Alfred Sq, the Saracens Head is on your right I think. Not a clue re the date.

Correct on the location, a very distinctive building. The date is a little surprising, earlier than it might seem from the style.

That's what I would have said Howard from the style but it is (just) Victorian - they were ahead of the times in Deal.

this seems to have stumped eagle eyed stewart and cryptic terry, a further clue is that it is in folkestone.
I think that amy be the road that runs infront of the leisure centre evetually leading to the Royal Vic on one side and Radnor Park on the other with Ash eaton on th corner , I have no idea of the name , after all I only worked in the Royal Vic and Ash Eaton for over 10 years off and on
