No it is at Clarendon somewhere looking at the Chalk pit at Winchelsea but not sure of the road name,must be somewhere near Belgrave Road.

I think taken from just inside the docks looking towards Townwall St, cliffs and Athol terrace out of shot on the right. Flags are inside the docks just before the car park.
