nearly forgot that there is a work day at south foreland valley on the morrow at 10. 15 am.
please refer to post 165 that gives numbers to ring beforehand as the actual part of the site to be worked on is decided at the last minute.

the next two work days are in st georges field on the 9th and 14th may, meet at the footpath between 76 - 78 st david's avenue 10.15 am on both days.
on the 9th it is work on paths and alexanders(thought he always needed working on), then the 14th will be footpath repairs.

wonder what paul was doing at connaught park, anyway colette the south foreland work days are always well attended, there is a local group that is well organised.
great views from there too, paul has sent us some great photos in.

another on tomorrow in clarendon field, clearing footpaths and steps - they certainly are due for it.

also a chance to see the 4 konik ponies that arrived recently, they are normally inquisitive.
