  You are right Mr Watkins and I am sorry that I was part of it.
  Going back to the War Memorial to have it up at the Western hights would open what is a great site full of history to 1000s more of the public that know nothing of the site and what it holds up there

  Do we have a proposed timetable for the project and am I right in saying the £500000 is going to be used in trying to secure support and permission for the project?

  Reg, just a few pointers that I am aware of.
  
  Formally set up the Trust.
  
  Deal with technical & planning procedures to deliver permissions & instigate professional fund raising & project management .
  
  The support that went into the bid other than respected local groups & individuals has included high level military support & respected Commonwealth connections.
  
  Now the hard work begins.
  
  Time frames for completion are towards the end of the conflict & appropriate anniversary dates just beyond that date.
