It might be the reason why the national website doesn't include Vic's branch, because the numbers are not there!
My opinion is that there is an underground UKIP circle in Dover, that operates unto itself, out of Vic's reach, where all the members are equals!
In fact, last November, while collecting some signatures for Vic to stand as candidtae at the by-elections, I came across a UKIP supporter who gave me details how to vontact a whole group of people, who all knew each other, and none of these participate in Vic'smeetings.
He and another UKIP supporter who I came across that day, independently from each other were both participating in a campaign to leave the EU, all outside of Vic's knowledge.
In fact I also ran the a campaign in Dover, for the Pledge, again without Vic's even so minimum participation.
That's when Vic declared that I wasn't a member of the party! Damnations!
May-be this underground network of UKIP members/supporters/friends will create an official version of a UKIP group in Dover and Deal, where one can be a member or a friend/supporter, and find a place on UKIP's official national website.
But I don't think anyone among this group is adicted to power, or strives to be seated at the head of a long row of tables making a long rant
