Some of you might have had one put in the door already, we now have new leaflets and a free DVD ,over the next year you will be seeing alot more of UKIP both in the parishs and Dover and Deal.
We are still needing helpers to go out with leaflets etc and I would like to see alot of new members joining us. Thank you.

When I saw UKIP on the move I though hopefully somewhere like Calais, I thought you had given these things up Vic!
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

I know who are members are and who is not Keith and if I have said a person is not a member then that person is not a member,I will stop there because I know where you are taking it.

Keith is right, Vic. Give up! There is no Dover and Deal branch on the UKIP website.
Folkestone and Hythe is there, but not Dover and Deal.
After all, you said you were packing in at the next meeting, which was a few days ago, and they took you for your word!
You can't refute the obvious, and the UKIP website is not lying!

im happy for anyone to say maybe we disagree
but vic's strong launguage was a little naughty realy.
i know it's not there and was happy for other posters too look at the same web site which is the UKIP official web site
you then wonder if vics local members are part of ukip or not as the branch was on the web site but is no more

You are both very wrong with what you are saying, Dover is still on the Webb site,I had alook. As for the post 13 I do not know what meeting he is on about but the way he is talking it was not the same one that I was chairing. Anyway you will see when you get the leaflets in your door..
If you think my launguage is to srong Keith, well you know the old story "If you can not stand the heat move away from the fire."

Thursday 18th 2011, at Blakes, Vic, 7.00PM.
It was a general emergency meeting UKIP Dover and Deal to discuss whether the local branch must amalgamate with Folkestone and Hythe.
Only 5 local UKIP members turned up, Vic Matcham chairing the meeting.
I daresay the numbers present were considered insufficient by UKIP South East.
I saw Peter, and by gum, if he hasn't got a twin brither, then it wasd Peter.

Just looked at the UKIP website-and Vic is quite right it is there. If you click on Folkestone and Hythe-it brings uop the UKIP southeast website where the Dover branch is quite clearly mentioned as an existing entity...Vic's mentioned too.
Never give up...

On the site I looked at, there is Folkestone and Hythe, but no Dover and Deal branch.
I think the updated version on the UKIP website, which under South East does not include Dover and Deal, is the one to go by.
The one Richard refers to is out of date. In fact, Mr Ron Beaton is no longer the treasurer, and when it says contact Dover and Deal, his name and email comes up, but he is no longer on the committee, having resigned, so I believe.
John Buckley is no longer the secretary either.
The UKIP branch that is advertised on the site Richard saw is out of date, and it's information no konger corresponds to reality.
This may account as to why the address is not present in the national UKIP website under the term: branches. It no longer exists!
