Or you could just report it online on the KCC website and get it replaced fairly quickly, they will even email or phone you to say when it is done.
- 3 February 2015 09:25278141I tried reporting a defective street light a few years back and the website kept rejecting my information. Hopefully it works better now.

But he should have known better than to leave any valuables in his car, The police always tell people not to leave any valuables in a car overnight.I bet he will not be doing that again.
