This was certainly a convincing win for Labour. They won last time with a majority of just 103. That election was declared null and void as we know.
But Labour duffed the Libdems this time around with a margin of more than 3,500. Thats a considerable turn around, a romp, a rout, and indicates as most expected that the Libdem vote would fall away. Even on the BBC's Question Time last night you could hear and see how their image has been tarnished with the public.
The Conservative vote stayed at home, not wanting to venture out in the rain....polling a staggering 7,000 lower than in the void vote just a few months back. Well...they had Eric Pickles door-knocking!

not good.
