fancy being a tory in Oldham and treated that way, knowing your candidate could do quite well=
The right wing tories won't allow this alliance to go on to long.
the tories are hoping for outright control, apathy wins at the moment, we are seeing so many disgruntled lib dems and tories that it wil be difficult to hold it al together.
of course whenever theres a gen election the lib dems will be nearly wiped out.
co olitions are more likely but i don't think they wil include lib dems as a major number,ALL POSTS ARE MY OWN PERSONAL VIEWS - 14 January 2011 17:1588936This was certainly a convincing win for Labour. They won last time with a majority of just 103. That election was declared null and void as we know.
But Labour duffed the Libdems this time around with a margin of more than 3,500. Thats a considerable turn around, a romp, a rout, and indicates as most expected that the Libdem vote would fall away. Even on the BBC's Question Time last night you could hear and see how their image has been tarnished with the public.
The Conservative vote stayed at home, not wanting to venture out in the rain....polling a staggering 7,000 lower than in the void vote just a few months back. Well...they had Eric Pickles door-knocking!

that he would campaign for the lib dems.
barryw is a right wing tory never hidden it
know where hes coming from
but that said this seat has changed hands
