Route 67F, will run between Pencester Road and Crabble Perry's Stadium, in addition to the regular route 60, on Saturday 27th November 2010.
The buses will run through the High Street, London Road and Crabble Hill departing every half hour from 12:30 13:00 13:30 14:00 14:30 15:00
A return service from Crabble will be available from 17:00. 17:30 18:00
This service is for one day only.
My thanks to DAFC supporter Ian Waterfield at Stagecoach for organising this extra travel.
I hope it helps our supporters and eases the congestion that is very likely on Saturday.

21:3581516thanks for keeping us up to speed paul, hats off to stagecoach.
not sure about the bus leaving at 1500 hours though.
i remember the match against oxford 8 years ago when there were no extra buses and it was just the normal half hourly service up to crabble. the bus must have been carrying 3 times the passengers that they should have.
the bus reached a point where it could not manage a hill, the weightier passengers were asked to alight whilst others of us got out and gave it a push. the whole things was so good natured it added to the event.

16:1581641The football club have printed a message regarding parking in the programme several times this season so hopefully that is helping.

16:3581642I was able to inform someone who is going on Saturday about the extra bus service, they are going to park and bus from Pencester. This is what all Dover based fans should do and as Sue says free up the Crabble/River parking for the away fans.

17:1681654the price of doing well!!!!!!!!!
so on public transport in general, sue you are correct many people in all wards choose to use cars when they can often do the journey far quicker by foot.
in the past i have highlighted this on school run days.
parents around this area and im sure all wards get in a car drive kids a short distance then drive home
the snarl up of traffic caused by this can be seen monday to friday
but thats about educating the public
or helping them to help the community
