That's what I thought Howard - apart from 1947 and 1963 and I think there was a particularly bad winter in the 70s.

Roger are you sure its the Government that is the first time you have admitted that,after all you have been blaming the previous administration for everything that has happened in the last century.

still snow blowing around up at aycliffe,allmost blizzerd conditions up here.the emergency services have been busy to along the a20 tract.

There's just been an accident at the junction of Whitfield Avenue,& Brookfield Avenue at the bottom of Green Lane.
2 cars, doesn't look too serious.

surprised that our rural dwellers have not sent in any christmas card type photos, those remote settlements of lydden, shepherdswell, tilmanstone and aycliffe must have had a lot of drifting snow.
