11 February 2018 10:57339447OK. Let's get serious. Most toilets are misused by men who are more likely to be vandals, graffiti 'artists', using public toilets for 'assignations' or actually needing a piss since they are more likely to drink pints.
Lets bring in 'pissoirs' which whilst preserving modesty are open enough for people to be dissuaded from 'misusing'.
There are modern examples in use in London:-
