You may have seen in the Philip Green topic I said about Barry squirreling away some money,of course this was a joke and I and everyone knows that Barry is not responsible for the £80 billion that is in tax havens....but as he is threatening me with court action he may be pleased to note that I have decided not to post on here anymore.
I have always had a sense of humour and sometimes it is not appreciated but at least I have one,so after many years it looks as if I have been forced off here by someone who I get on with socially. But with an election coming up it appears that if you say anything that some people dont agree with they threaten you.
I will ask you to look back on some of the postings that you have made and have been called all sorts of names, but it appears that it is one rule for one and another rule for others.
I would also like to pay tribute to Paul and Howard on how this forum has been run and all the friends that I knew and have met on here.It was fun meeting you on line!
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

John its just a temporary kerfaffle and hopefully its now fixed. See the Phillip Green thread. So please carry on.
We need the ould Labour lefty flag flown by yerself on here...you are rarer than hens teeth. Even Keefy himself, left wing stalwart, is not a member of said party anymore.

We all squirrel away money, and I have just squirreled away my last tenner, yesterday, doing another weekly shop. Seven days of plenty broke out in my house, and tonight I am going to plan a timetable for the next work-load. It will only bring in a few tenners, and these will no-doubt be squirrled away again before the end of next week.
Hopefully by then I will have sqirreled some more work-load to accomplish, but for tonight I have a fresh can of cider ready, which I sqirreled into the fridge about an hour ago from my reserves.
My place is beginning to look like Saladin's den, with hoards of items I have sqirreled out of charity shops. The other day I spent near to a tenner doing that.

Pot'n'kettle, wasn't he some South American potentate?
I think it was Johnson who said ,"The law is the last refuge of a scoundrel."
Whatever you think of Bazza, and that hopefully not for too long in any given day, there are far more up to the minute names that could be applied. He wishes more of us would vote for scoundrels, but that is a whole other story.

Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

I agree with Keith. The more varied the views, the better. To withdraw would be conceding defeat.

JHG - You know what you said and you crossed a line no-one should cross.
Your attempt to play it down, as you are doing here and your saying you will not post any more, is no more than an admission that you know that this is true.
No-one should ever imply or suggest that those in professional positions and their clients, act in any way other than with integrity without proof otherwise. Banter is one thing, this is another.
I will not say any more about it on this thread other than to say that you should continue to post but apply some thought before you do so.

Lots of things are said in jest and have to be taken so keith is right if you dish it out you have to be able to take it, John is a good community councillor and is a valued member of this Forum so it would be sad if he quit over this.
I'm sure barry nobody on this Forum questions you or your clients integrity one little bit.
