None of my reports said Wayne Elliot had reported Bob and in fact this is incorrect. Don't recall seeing the Mercury naming Wayne as the person who reported it either

Keith carry on, regardless of the personal abuse,threats and attacks on posters knowledge,expertise and experience by the `few`
Several past posters have had the same treatment and have unfortunately departed.
Their tactics of threat and abuse are not `comfortable`and should not be in evidence on Dover Forum.
Freedom of opinion must be permitted...............but response comments must be reasonably worded.
Figures in public office are well advised not to use such tactics.

Well Reg - perhaps you will tell us when you will participate in an informed and intelligent discussion on the matters on which you so freely throw around abuse about. I would welcome informed discussions on these subjects rather than your mere pandering to Mirror reader prejudices.

REG;
Thankyou for your kind words, I did seek legal advice which as i said agreed with me there is nowt libel, of course its a very good smokescreen by mr watkins,
the bigger worry reg is this is not the first he has tried to silence me(and he never will) and we have seen others try to use threat of courts as a way of trying to silence others, or put people off posting.
some posters have made the decision not to post when others post on here for that very reason, which i find a little sad.
but getting away from the deliberate smokescreen we still do have these 2 outstanding local issues at
District and county councils
both where the local conservatives will be watched as to what the outcomes are.

Keith, what concerns me, is that a way has been found to oust a councillor out of his job and out of office, trampling down an apology as if it meant nothing, and preparing the way to morally anhiliate a local party branch if they don't throw him out.
It seems that according to you a person in public office will have to be strictly quiet and not say a word without fear of being persecuted.
You are accusing Councillor Bob Frost of being a racist beyond return, and have decided he must quit everything in life that meant work for him.
It's clear that many people could be racists at this point, and therefore must be quiet. A riot in London as happened fiirst in Tottenham, and then spread to many other areas of London and to various English cities, evidently is not the problem.
The problem is that if one writes one word, they must be persecuted as racists, apologies not accepted, until the bitter end!
We've all understood this now. Amen, Keith.

I have lost interest in this subject as common sense no longer plays a part in what is happening. This whole situation is now just a witch hunt by some and does them no image favours and I say this as somebody who thought it was right for him to loose his job.
Surely whether he resigns or not should be up to the area he serves not the party he represents, I would be willing to bet that a large majority in his area have no idea what is happening behind the scenes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
The whole thing reminds me of someone sticking a garden fork into the muck from a stable and turning it over. And over. And over. And over. And over............................................................

jan;
i agree up to a point with you.
certainly no witch hunt on my part.
yes he would have had probs to continue in his job.
in my view he would have the same problem in his ward.
where we also differ jan its the conservative party locally(rightly) in mjy view that will decide mr frosts fate as he stood in the first instance as a conservative candidate.

A cry was heard in the desert...
Repent! The reign of Labour is coming...
Thou shoult not vote another party!
Thou shalt have no image before thee...that is unworthy of me.
The crowds said one to another: we have repented! It won't happen again!
