  From my window the other day I saw someone standing smoking right next to their wheelie bin, he stubbed it out on the wall and chucked his cigarette end into the road. When people are this stupid there is little hope they will be any different when out in the town.

  Most pubs and some betting shops have a receptacle on the wall outside but still plenty of butts on the pavement below.
