Yes according to a ddc councilor that is what i am, because i wore a jacket made from the union flag whilst working at the beer festival. What a shame that it wasn't said to my face.

I would love to Brian but it was reported to me and as such i didn't hear it. So it may not be true hence no name or party also as the councilor is not a forum member they cannot defend there self.

Keith i cant be arsed, however i might knock up a membership card for the KKK so when i am asked if i am going to vote for the party concerned just produce it. Amused rather than upset it just shows how out of touch some of our local politicos are.

Putting it mildly obviously that councillor is an idiot. Maybe you could have a quiet word in another councillor's ear would be appropriate before said councillor makes a complete fool of himself.

Jan, Tom is an army veteran and a patriot of the first order; wearing a Union Flag jacket is a clear demonstration of that. To interpret that as being a racist and bigot just shows how low some of our politicians can sink. No doubt the same idiot councillor would describe those laying tributes on Nov 11th as bigots as well.

This plonker of a councillor who made stupid comments like that should not be in a position of dubious power. It does not matter if he was inebriated or not, true personalities are often released when somebody has had too much to drink.
