So who is, then, Paul? And is it illegal for work agencies to recruit and offer in Britain only workers from certain ethnic backgrounds? Is it illegal for employers to employ workers who are only from certain countries?

As agencies, I'm sure they can recruit from where they want, providing they are doing it legally.

Alexander - there is a big difference between it being only 'foreign' people that apply for such agency jobs, and only employing 'foreign' people....
Been nice knowing you :)

I find that I'm in need of a translator whenever Milliband speaks on the television. He has a distinctly odd way of speaking which actually rather gives me the creeps.

Keith, the Coalition has done just about nothing to change things.
If Labour promise a crack-down on work-agency policies employing people only from other countries out of policy, then they will probably end up with a vote-winner.
People want a change, not a sterile Coalition that does nothing.
