once the new hotel is built then the mobile phone masts can be transferred to there leaving burlington house in a position of having no reason for its existence.

No Alexander, we don't.
Burlington Hotel was built in the early part of the 20th. Century (Scotchie will confirm or correct), but I believe destroyed by enemy fire.

The jungle drums were beating about this last week which is why I brought my "MFI site" thread to the top.
Lets be honest, its time DDC held their hands up and said
After many years of press releases and empty promises the DTIZ has been abandoned.
God knows how much time and money has been wasted, but surely Dover deserves better
