There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".

Well done Jacqui yes indeed lovely pictures there. Yes it was so gorgeous yesterday even yours truly ventured up the seafront forced into it at gunpoint by wimmin...lol!

Here's de wimmin in question...
Daughter Briony and ColetteB herself.
And yes Sarah I was one of those milling in and around The Marina Hotel and it was busy with what I suspect were cruise passengers. The sea was very blue and the sky was blue too...wee bit of a breeze but you cant have everything. And with those great cruise liners in the background, the whole place had a near tropical feel.
And speaking of cruise liners..there is another one just in today..another great big thing, The Eurodam and here she is at 5.30 am this morning sunday.

Great photo of the girls. They shine in the sultry sunshine.
Never mind the boring old photos of the liners let's have more lovely lady forumites posting their pouting pics. We mere males are lucky to be surrounded by such beauty.
Blimey I most stop taking those blue headache pills the wife bought me....

they have very strange side effects.

I am glad she is here but what an ugly ship, looks like a container ship with portholes.
Do they still call them portholes on cruise ships?

All beautiful pictures! PaulB and Marek, you don't need me to tell you what beautiful families you have - the evidence is clear! And Dover really is great. Shame the shops and businesses don't behave a little differently and take proper advantage of the opportunities that could be created, but that is their loss - and sadly ours if we can't generate the income to develop further.
Dover - a really lovely town!

Wherever you go in Dover feeling of sea quite close and view ofmhills and oldand/or interesting buildings, as well as fairly wide streets, (apart from few eyesores). Agree with Bern and still think a good hosedownand coat of paint down main streets woujld help. And flowers

Lovely Photos again , the town really has felt rather different recently , I think the good weather has helped and the new buisnesses down on the seafront

A great thread you started there Jacqui, 'Dover Today' Lets keep it going and add to it over the summer months, can be any subject at all as long as it is positive, happy and appealing

Some lovely photos above
Like Jacqui, we had a beautiful Family day in Dover on Saturday and lapped up our lovely surroundings. Dover is truly gorgeous on a sunny day by the sea
