I notice all the "desirable" parts of the district have been allocated very little new housing. I have no idea who these new builds are for but I do know the South East and London has a vast amount of unoccupied dwellings which are either held as foreign investments or used for AirBnB.
As the Captain pointed out, the UK population continues to fall year on year if you remove immigration.

No idea what it is.. Does not even see a connection with Dover.. They must have plenty of spare cash to come up with that because they have yet to start building on the arm and new marina yet to open for use

PoD tweets: "For more than 400 years the #PortofDover has been a vital connection between Britain and the world. This is why we decided to face the future together by creating a new modern and dynamic identity. We are going to create this new world together. Let’s go!"
