She is now at Ombudsman level and no EKH wont cooperate as ICO are finding it extremely difficult for EKH to answer to investigations and been at over half a year and complaints mounting up. However, her simple request for DDC and EKH agreement on 24hr should NEVER have gone to Ombudsman. If they cannot sort a legal issue in an agreement THEY MADE in first instance how can anyone else sort it?? Why should anyone else sort it ??? It is a simple thing bought to their attention ICO made their opinion of this they have legal solicitors, so what is this saying about EKH making this lady go through the stress and her time of going through Ombudsman. Now thats the point, this lady is very ill as it is with EKH contributing to that day in day out. Not answering her complaints and ignoring her emails with ICO struggling with investigations since last year and if when and if contact is made does not solve the problems. Its a very big case button ICO have said they never seen anything like this.

My only contact with East Kent housing was a few years ago(probably three) when I was told that a chap in a 2 bedroom house had gone into a care home and was unlikely to come out. A couple from overseas not on the council list broke in found his rent book and continued paying on his behalf and used it as a base to deal drugs.
Bearing in mind the long waiting list for genuine applicants I rang them to explain the situation, the retort was "so what", I just slammed the phone down.

A fish rots from the head down, so ‘tis said. But you have to work your way up from the bottom to find the *ahem* undesirable person in the woodpile.

You know there is some really nice people in DDC, however, they have to follow code. Anyway there has been no response to the 24hr issue it was passed to Director it was then passed to CEO of EKH who was supposed to get back to the lady and did not.

I think she has been asked to do TV because they somehow got wind of what happened to this lady in 2015 with EKH and DDC staff what they did to her.

I am looking for a Margret Sharp who worked for CSU in Dover During 2015. I would like to speak to Margret about a missing ASB form this lady submitted in 2015 to DDC online, maybe she can remember anything about this form. As in 2017 this form is missing for some reason and CSU or EKH do not know what happened to this ladies form which is very strange indeed. The lady has the original email showing her form submitted to DDC. A lot of this lady things were destroyed mainly her evidence of her neighbours ASB in a recording, emails reporting ASB she was suffering and a recorded conversation with neighbour showing he had made a false complaint about her to EKH, adding this missing form something not right really is it. Maybe the lady who worked in CSU may be able to shed light on where this form went to at least if she can remember anything.

Update
This lady will be speaking to CEO and Director of EKH shortly so looks like things are moving ahead at last after a 3year battle minus one year due to her ill health, but she kept going.
Few things she has seen changes for since last year and got changed:
How EKH deal with tenants SAR.
How EKH take notes (they were not taking notes of meetings or phone calls when they should have at all basically)
Referrals EKH made of tenants by EKH (were making referrals without a tenant knowing about it)
Her complaints incurred all staff training in Data Protection, safeguarding, dealing with ASB.
She is still fighting the 24hr notice for tenants.
The above effects thousands of tenants so she done a good job and she is not staff but a tenant!
