07:3093593I'm sure the forumites and Dover's population are looking forward to it being open Trevor.
I'm sure that a number of local establishments will have to pull their socks up/raise their standards to survive, which should be good for everyone.
Wouldn't it be great if those closed DHB buildings, with the blacked-out windows, could be turned into apartments - a ready-made customer base for you.

08:3993607Yes Im certainly looking forward to it Trevor and if you are having an official opening up there let us know and we will do an opening spread of pictures of the occasion. It will certainly be a very exciting time down here on the seafront. The hotel has been badly missed.
Good luck with it all.
