To say DDC is not fit for purpose is debatable, but I'm really not sure what purpose it serves. Oh hang on, its Chairman spent £900.00 on sandwiches for old folk, perhaps thats its raison d'etre. - 18 April 2013 12:47225880such a bland statement on the face of it, haven't seen the paper yet, does he back it up with precise reasons for why the situation is so?

The kids have been running amok round the car park and the vans have no registration plates on.
The whole lot should be towed way and incinerated - what a great advert for Dover.
