Employors dismiss plans for `no fault` dismissal law.
The controversial proposal by venture capitalist Adrian Beecroft for new ``hire and fire``law allowing businesses to dismiss
workers without giving a reason has been shelved after companies showed no support for the
idea.
The government would not confirm that the proposal had been abandoned.......another `U`turn enroute....

would have thought employers would have been in favour of the proposal, i do wonder at times if the cobbled together chaps ever consult with people that would be affected by their actions.

Employers are in favour...
It was a proposal from a leading entrepreneur.
Another growth policy being killed of by the useless LibDems.

Like I say, the nonsense about 'too deep too fast' is exposed.
They need to cut faster and deeper and the Eurozone problems and the likely break-up of the Euro make it even more essential to cut deeper and faster.

# 89 .....hello....it`s a `U` turn....Flashman and Ossie have slowed it down but have they told the Lib/Dems yet ?

The plan has never been to cut deep or fast enough, so no u-turn. The position has worsened, not because of any slowdown of the rather insipid rate of so called 'cuts', but because of the other side of the equation, lack of growth caused by the Eurozone and the failure to stand up to the LibDems over supply side changes.

Cleggy and Lib/Dems and our Prime Minister were not consulted over Gove`s speech in the commons planning to scrap
GCSE`s
Flashman again facing a split in the Coalition.although he favours Goves plans but will now just put it in the Tories manifesto
for the next election.
Another split is looming as the tories are planning to scupper Clegg`s and Lib/Dems House of Lords reform Bill.

if the choice is between dave and george or ed and cleggy i fear for the future of the country.
many years ago in a dublin bar i made the mistake of asking a local what the difference was between fine fail and fine gael.
he curled his lip in contempt and spat out "the same difference between sh*t and sh*ite.

Another Cameron lack of judgement was exposed yesterday.
When Liam Fox `left` Defence,Hammond took over and Justine Greening took over Transport.
In her place Cameron promoted Chloe Smith to Exchequer Secretary post thinking she was a trained accountant.....she
wasn`t.....
Osborne put her out on the media circuit to explain the `Fuel `U`turn`with disasterous consquences.
Paxman and others produced an excruciating interview which exposed she had no financial knowledge at all.
Senior Tory said ``Who ever let her out again to go on Newsnight should be taken out and shot``.......
....what a good idea !!!!!
