That is all you can say about it.
I have been up all night watching it happen UKIP IS NOW THE main party in the UK in the EU.
I MUST ADD that two years ago when chairman of that party in Dover I said this would happen at some point over the next few years and was not happy with my own members in Dover at that time when they would not back me or take part in any local elections saying UKIP was not about local issues.
But that is history now but that was the very start of me falling out with the local members who are now saying what I said then.
That over with I move on to what has happen last night.
It is a big wake up call to the main partys and their leaders.
UKIP now ARE in the big 3 even maybe in second place and the yellows are now out of it and will get rid of their leader and the bad policys they have made up.
UKIP will get MPS next year and more then what the other main partys are saying but will Dover be one of them?I do not think that will happen but Folkestone could easy go over to UKIP .
UKIP in Folkestone have a very good leader who is now also a county Cllr and a very good backup team behind him.
The UK voters have now told the blues and the reds "That's it you have gone to far and not listen to what the public have told you .
So it is now pay back time.

In my hands at this very time is Mr Farage own book wrote by him call the fighting bull he sighed it for me writing "Dear Vic keep fighting and hustling 19th march 2010.
And he has done just that himself and on his own we first got to know each other way back in the late 1990s at a meeting and then in 2002 he aske me to stand for UKIP in Dover but I turned round and said sorry but I am going to try on my own.
If you have not got this book try and get one it very good and makes good reading.
THE Uk always when needed can turnout one person that can turn events around when needed,
We had Sir Churchill in the war we had Mrs T next.
Is Mr Farage the next person to turn history round I think he is already he has done more then any person before him never in all our history have we had a main party without even having one MP but he has done it.

UKIP are first Mr Dixon and the winners no prizes for second place the reds will not do well in the Gen/election unless they give the public the vote over the EU.

Only if your wish is to stay in the EU and we all know you love the Eu.But better the blues then the reds if you wish to come out of that lot over there and most public in the Uk have voted to do just that.

Hopefully, Vic, you will start a trend, and calling people EU-lovers will become a worse insult than accusing them of racism. Then we will have won the battle.

I have e-mail Mr Farage saying well done and I will be asking to be reinstated to the party .
Racism is a funny word the British are not liked a lot around the world so is that not racism or does it mean only the British who are racial if that be the case then is that not racism against the British.?

a great night for ukip with their vote 11% up on last time and the reds will be pleased with their vote up 10%.
interestingly our far right, the bnp, got wiped out whilst in france the national front topped the poll - I believe the far right did well elsewhere but I haven't seen the full results.

I note that UKIP has one Asian/Muslim MEP, one who is openly gay, and SEVEN women (= a third).
Not bad for a supposedly homophobic, misogynistic, racist party!

Of cause they are outnumbered.........at the moment.......by those who are happy to be treated as brainless sheep and those who have a lot to gain by being in the EU.
Those who have gained little and have little to gain see all the faults.

The next thing to look for is whether the UKIP MEP's join a grouping or keep themselves free.
