Hungry,sick,neglected the care home scandal.
Tens of thousands of older people are condemned to care homes where they are not feed properly and neglected by untrained
staff.
The report by Care Quality Commission ( CQC ) of 14,000 health and care services states radical changes are required.
Looking after the old is a civilised society`s duty.

Erm, here it's free. How can they pay half of nothing? Oh, and over there all primary healthcare and most acute and consultant services are provided privately.
