 - Reg and KeithS seem unhealthily interested about people coming out of them Paul. Can't imagine why.

 - Unlike you and your chief acolyte, Reg, I refuse to be adoringly committed to any party dogma or ideological agenda. This gives me the freedom to support sensible policies proposed by any party without becoming intellectually conflicted.

If you knew my voting record since 1971 I think you would be surprised. I have never voted for any party, always for the individual and if I think all the candidates in an election are idiots I don't vote for any of them.

So no coming-out, Reg, there's nothing to come out from (or to, for that matter).

Truth? Truly, there is no universal truth, everyone has his own. Mine does not come from a party PR machine but from my own mind. Calling what you promote 'the truth' makes you sound like a religious zealot.

My new year resolution is not to allow your taunts and Keith's put-downs to get on my tits any more.

 Happy new year.

 - GPs' £1,500 for a shift in A&E: Family doctors hit jackpot moonlighting at weekends and nights

Four in ten casualty departments are hiring family doctors - already paid an average £104,000 a year - to help deal with the soaring numbers of patients.

The figures emerged on the day doctors came under fire for suggesting that patients should be charged up to £10 a visit to a casualty unit to deter those who do not need to be there.

`` Critics said it was extraordinary that doctors, who for the past decade have been allowed to choose not to work out-of-hours, were moonlighting at stretched A&E units for extra cash``.

 - Brian is absolutely right he deserves to be on the egp list...................

Fergus Wilson and his wife Judith are among the UK's largest buy-to-let investors. As of 2013, they own nearly 1,000 two- and three-bedroom properties around Ashford and Maidstone in Kent.[1] They were listed at #453 on The Sunday Times "rich list",[2] with a fortune of £180 million. However, that fortune related to the value of their properties at the peak and did not take account of any mortgage debt.
