Its not directly about you, to me its about union leaders taking their members for a ride.
Having served a purpose in the past they are overpaid, self important dinosaurs, and you don't just justify their existence you contribute to it.

The ``Untouchables``need to have their collars felt.......
Leaks reveal secrets of the rich who hide cash offshore:
Offshore financial industry leak exposes identities of 1,000s
of holders of anonymous wealth from around the world
The British Virgin Islands, the world's leading offshore haven used by an
array of government officials and rich families to hide their wealth.
Millions of internal records have leaked from Britain's offshore financial
industry, exposing for the first time the identities of thousands of holders
of anonymous wealth from around the world, from presidents to plutocrats,
the daughter of a notorious dictator and a British millionaire accused of
concealing assets from his ex-wife.
The leak of 2m emails and other documents, mainly from the offshore haven
of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), has the potential to cause a seismic shock
worldwide to the booming offshore trade, with a former chief economist at
McKinsey estimating that wealthy individuals may have as much as $32tn (£21tn)
stashed in overseas havens.

Looks like some Spanish ``Untouchables``will have their collars felt.....
The royal suspect: Spain's Princess Cristina linked to corruption scandal
Spain's Royal Family lurched towards a new low point in what could be their
most serious credibility crisis in decades when King Juan Carlos' daughter,
Princess Cristina, was named as a suspect in a multimillion euro fraud and
money-laundering case involving her husband, Iñaki Urdangarin.
For the first time since modern Spanish democracy began in the mid-1970s
, an inside member of the country's monarchy, once blessed with a squeaky-clean
reputation, will now have to respond to a court summons in Palma de Mallorca on 27 April.
As yet nobody has been charged in the case. But it has been gripping Spain for
the past two years, thanks to a seemingly interminable spiral of allegations
concerning Mr Urdangarin and the siphoning off of millions of euros of public money
from regional government contracts to the supposedly non-profit making
organisation, Nóos, he co-directed from 2004 to 2006.
Since 2011, a welter of gory financial details from the case - alleged tax dodges
of more than half a million euros via an NGO for children with terminal illnesses,
apparent charges of €700,000 for a 13-page financial report for a football club stadium
and the liberal use of offshore companies in Belize and the UK - has been leaking
steadily from Spain's judicial system on to the front pages

Lib /Dems urges action over Tax Havens that ``stain UK``
Senior Lib /Dem`s claimed last night that the use of the British Virgin Islands
as a ``secretive`` offshore Tax Haven ``stains the face of Britain.
How can Cameron keep a straight face calling for G8 to make big business
pay tax when when we let the BVI ( British Virgin Islands )use British law
and British protection to suck in Billions in dirty money ?

Former HBOS chief under pressure to give up pension
Politicians call on Sir James Crosby, pilloried in last week's report on the HBOS bailout,
to give up part of £20m pension
Sir James Crosby, the former chief executive of HBOS, is under pressure to hand back
some of his £20m pension pot.
The former banker fingered last week for a "colossal failure" of management that led
to a taxpayer bailout of one of Britain's largest banks is facing mounting calls from
members of parliament to hand back part of his £20m pension pot.
Sir James Crosby, the former chief executive of HBOS, is being pressured from both sides
of the House of Commons to voluntarily reduce the pension he draws from the bank
, which is thought to pay him more than £570,000 a year.
John Mann and Brooks Newmark, respectively Labour and Conservative members of
the Treasury select committee, as well as the Liberal Democrat peer Lord Oakeshott
, were quoted in the Times (paywall) calling for Crosby to rescind a portion of his
pension. Newmark told the paper: "Morally, given that he screwed up and following the
opprobrium that has been directed at him, he shouldn't be entitled to it."
Mann also drew parallels to the case of Fred Goodwin, the head of Royal Bank of Scotland
when it needed to be bailed out by the UK taxpayer, who had his pension cut and
knighthood withdrawn.
Mann said: "In terms of his title there is a precedent with Fred Goodwin and there needs
to be consistency. That should include handing a proportion of his pension back as well.
In the real world, he has cost taxpayers a lot of money."

God forbid that anybody should complete a statement without it
