Sue
I don't do falling out, but if someone personally attacks me or my family(not the first time) I do need to defend untrue comments.
I was aware of the film at E Vale which even as I said at the time and today was a good initiative
its quite amusing the orchestrated responses, and I do rise above
peter you tend to forget to mention you involved yourself on your f book page running down hard working volunteers on cawca
A new issue you raise st monicas there was a view quite rightly formed by one resident and I did suggest you contacted all the others as some had strong alternative views being expressed.
that's not interfering that's trying to help as there contacting me to tell me they don't share the view or want there cllrs going the road they were going
so I did inform you, it was then your choice.
also The rubbish collection was a good idea.
I think your totally misguided on me but that's your choice
I think you and your party are rightly hurting and I know locals encouraged and support me,
and you cant have it both ways
on the one hand I wouldn't get elected on the other saying I have so much influence labour lost.
At some time local labour will hopefully reflect on these results.
And even today as a committed volunteer for cawca I'm still happy to chat with any members of any party or individuals for a better Dover/ward
I understand the personal abuse has to be directed at someone rather than face up to reality
But I have answered in detail
I'm not happy with personal abuse I'm receiving here or via my mobile
but that's part of challenging I suppose.
I don't feel it of any benefit to continue this discussion
so wont be commenting further

I am sure Chris is keeping a watch and will end it if he feels it is getting out of hand.
I find it informative and also interesting how facts are sometimes misinterpreted, or deliberately twisted or ignored at times, also proves there are two sides to every story.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

In 6 years I didn't post a single thing about Keith. I've held my tongue for 6 years because I don't think people want to see councillors lowering the tone...
But I'm not a councillor any more and this is not about politics. This is about the personal behaviour of one man.
There are two sides to every story; Keith Sansum's and the truth.
His interpretation of the events is always so twisted. It's like a bank robber being caught at the scene of the crime and saying "Officer, I saw the whole thing." Yes, because you're the one with the gun.
I felt it was time to put the record straight. He's a menace.

From my experience I always found Keith to be a diligent councillor who got things done. Having read back a bit I'm with Sue Nicholas "I think this post should end " Take a breath, life goes on on...

I’m off in a minute to sing hymns to some residents in the home opposite.Im reading the lesson.I do so enjoy this then it’s off to lunch with my eldest Son and his family. Not much but gives some people pleasure. I do hope my former colleagues can agree to disagree.Life is too short to bear grudges.

A great pity that personality clashes take precedence over issues here and all of a sudden people appear posting under pseudonyms. The new ward will carry on like the old one but with more problems to be solved, no more leafy Maxton and Elms vale to keep things pleasant. Leaving aside the horrendous traffic noise, parking problems and lack of a GP surgery in Aycliffe problems in the Priory are still the same as when I moved here in 2002 and to be perfectly honest I don't see the new crop of councillors solving them.

#384 No, it wasn't child. I'd forgotten that this site has automatic word recognition for those deemed lass than tasteful. It was a 4 letter word beginning with and ending with a "t". And it wasn't tart or twit!

As a newly elected town council member I thought I had better register on here. That way I can hopefully keep up to date on any issues.
I am really surprised to see the spiteful exchanges between Keith and Peter on here who I know have both been very effective and well respected activists in the area they represented.
If anyone has any specific observations and questions for me I generally can be contacted via FB messenger (Rebecca Sawbridge) but will also be happy to discuss on here now too.
Love and prayers for our continued journeys .... Beccy x

"Every word that comes out of your mouth is lies. I have never known anyone like you. "
That is rich coming out of the mouth of a member of the Dover CLP...especially because you are politically in bed with so many liars.
The lies I have heard being spread by Labour about me is so absolutely funny...if they are not just out and out lying, then they are bending the truth. They send some much time being hypocrites.
You want to know why Labour lost?
The national party is full of infighting and the leadership can't make up their minds of whether to be brexit or remain.
Everyone sees the little bully group that run local Labour for what they are.
A group that keeps on having issues with councillors saying things like " chubby brown girls".
You guys don't have a good optic in the town...you need to be in the community, putting on events and celebrating the spirit of Dover.
You need to be having a proper and active social media presence to bring in supporters and engage with the youth voters.
Putting up a stall and canvassing doors once because election comes up isn't going to cut it.
You are going to have an even worse time next time as Lib Dems and Greens are gonna have way more confidence to take you on and likely have more people standing off the back of this victory for them.
The tories are at their lowest popularity in recent years, possibly of all time, and yet you didn't make the gains.
Your little undemocratic heads in that party need to go or you will never win. I told you all this would happen...no one listened to me saying it and it happened.

Oh and I left out the bit where a small group of people in the CLP were gate-keeping who could stand where because they wanted their little clique running things.
Anyone familiar with the Dover CLP knows exactly the same few names of people that are to blame for your failures in elections. Funnily enough, a fair few of them failed to gain the DDC seats they stood for.

It was I think maybe Sue Beer, but one of the labour lot said something along the lines of beauty contests being better now they let chubby brown girls in, or words very close to that.

Storm in an egg cup, ironic that the Deal Mayor wielded the knife and then got it in his own back soon after.

I mean that is just one.
Miriam woods has apparently made transphobic remarks. Also made a sexist remark about women so I have heard from many people.
I have a screenshot of her (woodsie) basically saying she thinks Israel is sneaky and controlling the media...the sort of "suspicions" that if she saw people not in her clique say she would try and report them to the party to try and get them kicked out.
I know this because she tried to report me for antisemitism for saying we have to careful not throw out the baby with the bathwater and confuse fair criticism of Israel or the Jewish religion for unfair criticism...and invent rules that people with no integrity would abuse for their own gains. Ironically she proved what I said right at the same time.
Appparently "Sid the pillock" and few others lost the nominations of several members such as stacey blair and nath richards. When nath kicked off about it apparently Lee kettlewell took him outside and got agressively intimidating towards him.
Everyone knows of the bullying that mike eddy got and still does.
We see them coming all starting in on keith now.
They all bullied that dover democrat...while spreading lies about that it was me.
Angie ray, Charlotte Zosseder protected Susan Carlyle after she verbally abused me on a thread. When I tried to report it I was kicked out the group and they straight up denied she said it, despite someone else being there and taking objection to the comment.
Spreading lies that was kicked out the party, I left because of the bullying, hypocrisy and all the stuff listed above.
I cannot think for the life of me why this party didn't win a majority.

Keith can tell you about the bullying nature of Mr Kettlwell towards me at a Trades Council meeting sometime ago when I dared to question the Labour line (at that time) on universal credit.
This was my first and only verbal encounter with him so I am not surprised at what you say.

He, Lee Kettlewell, Accused me of not showing comradery. The same person who was at the time trying to defend people who are bullies.
The same people who ignored petitions I started that should be right up their alley. Like when the Windrush scandal broke, I started a petition to secure proper personage and citizenry rights in order to stop the Windrush from happing further or even again.
The same Lee Kettlewell who, whilst chairperson, actively endorsed Charlotte and Michelle to replace Stacey Blair as the parliamentary candidate in their CLP's facebook group.

To add to the fun I was particularly pleased to see that having made the front page of the local rags , Peter 'ni$$ers in woodpile' Walker and Sue 'chubby coloured carnivalites' Beer romped home, while other more PC candidates were given the bum's rush by the local electorate!
