Charlie won't be found guilty.
At Southwark it was touch and go whether he had a case to answer and afaik Charlie's brief insisted it went to the High Court so having taken all the crap in the press he would have equal coverage on his innoence rather than a tiny paragraph on page 15 but (as ever) what do we know.

Given that Mr Elphicke's (and not only Mr Elphicke's) right to a fair trial (scheduled for 29 June) has been... er... qualified ('temporarily', I'm sure) by forces loyal to Mr Johnson, I'm assuming it (the trial, that is) has been either postponed, moved to another court (proceedings at Southwark CC are currently suspended), or will be carried out from a distance using electronic gadgets. Anyone know which?

Lots of ifs here, but if found not guilty, do we expect Nathalie to stand down and trigger a bi-election?
